The Callings Program (TCP) coaching methodology, is a proven career coaching process that helps individuals discover and pursue their true callings or purpose in their professional lives.

Pioneered by Annie Stewart, this unique and leading-edge work has been researched, applied and integrated through 25 years of experience and client feedback. The principles of the process are outlined in Annie’s career development books, How to Find and Follow Your Calling and Career to Calling: How to Make the Switch.

The certification features a practical yet profound 7 step path of self-discovery and empowerment that includes reflective exercises, callings assignments, career assessments, job-search skills, decision-making and practical action planning. The material is designed to be used in its entirety or parts integrated to suit the goals of the client.

The Career Callings methodology is an ideal approach for people who are:

The 6-month Certification pathway consists of:

• 10 x 60 minute 1:1 sessions with Annie Stewart (mostly via Zoom, or face to face if in Sydney and possibly Brisbane and Melbourne) with reading and practice in-between sessions.
• Pre-certification preparation (Preparation Pack forwarded pre-commencement).
• Digital copies of TCP handouts and forms as well as Sympatico Coaching Practice forms. You can adapt the forms with your own logo (once certified).
• Transcripts of Meditation and Self-Hypnosis processes.
• Feedback and accountability process to track your progress, your learnings and your challenges.
• Unlimited email access with Annie Stewart.
• 4 copies of Career to Calling: How to make the switch as well as a digital copy for your use and to pass onto your clients.
• An individualised, structured agreement of practice (including a recording and  transcript of a recent career coaching session) and supervision hours.
• Additional and ongoing supervision sessions (at an extra cost) can also be provided for those working as coaches or career counsellors
• On satisfactory completion, awarded a Certificate of Career Callings Coaching by Sympatico Coaching Practice and The Callings Program.

Certification Objectives include:

1. Review “Callings” from a range of perspectives (including psychological, sociological, economic, philosophical and spiritual).
2. Learn how to coach and facilitate the TCP process: for both individuals and groups.
3. Learn and apply Callings meditation and self-hypnosis methods.

5. Learn and apply 4 approaches for facilitating decision making and addressing resistance and obstacles.
6. Learn how to create a Career Callings Map, River of Life, Map Your Future, Career Callings Criteria and a Callings Action Plan.
7. Examine how our values, beliefs, and attitudes align with applying TCP.
8. Learn 5 principles to expand personal presence and authenticity.
9. Understand and apply the principles of neuroscience to reframe mindset.
10. Apply the TCP questioning process to job interviews and resumes.
11. Create a representation of your own inner and outer calling.
