Jennifer has over 20 years experience assisting people to realise their potential.
An experienced coach and facilitator Jennifer has worked in the areas of leadership and talent development, career transition and coached hundreds of individuals to achieve their career goals.

Her work history also includes the establishment of a successful Marketing Division within a national corporation.
With a particular passion around assisting women return to work after becoming parents, The Callings Program™ provides a valuable tool to enhance this process.
Jennifer holds a degree in Behavioural Science as well as a post graduate diploma in human factors at work. Based in Sydney Australia she is available for face to face sessions, workshops and retreats. Also, tele-coaching sessions are offered to non-Sydney based and international clients.

Dr Annie Stewart

Annie is the Managing Director of Sympatico Coaching Practice, one of Australia’s longest established leadership development and career management services. As a coach and facilitator, Annie and her associates work with a wide range of individuals and organisations.

She has a depth of experience with organisations such as IAG Insurance Group, APRA, Knauf, EY, Aware Super, Arcadia, ACCC, TAFE NSW, NBN, nib, Laing O’Rourke and Lend Lease. Annie is also an honorary mentor to Career Trackers (graduate internships for Indigenous students) and has recently lectured and tutored on career growth mindset at the UTS Innovation Faculty.

Annie has an enduring purpose to help people discover and sustain fulfilling work – at whatever age and stage they find themselves. She is the author of 2 career development books: How to Find and Follow Your Calling: 7 steps to living with passion and purpose (2010) and Career to Calling: How to Make the Switch (2019). She is also the founder of The Callings Program, a proven step-by-step methodology that has helped thousands of people commit to an action plan for living their calling or life’s purpose.

In recent years Annie’s work and focus has evolved to include supporting people through career transitions. This work parallels her personal journey as a business owner, truth-seeker, mentor, mother and grandmother. Her next book Something Happens: A Guide to Growing Through a BIG Transition will be published in 2025.

Annie holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (University of Sydney) and a Masters Degree in Ergonomics (UNSW). She has a PhD in leadership and transpersonal psychology. Her doctoral studies researched how leaders found, follow and sustain their calling. Annie is also a Master Practitioner in NLP and is a Member of the Career Development Association of Australia.

These methodologies are integral to her work in guiding people along the path of finding and sustaining their life callings and purpose.

Jo is passionate about helping people to perform at their peak in every aspect of their life. She has over 25 years’ experience in executive management roles and as a leadership development specialist, facilitator and peak performance coach.

As a highly regarded facilitator and corporate trainer she has extensive experience in the design and delivery of programs in areas including leadership development, team building, coaching, communicating to influence, powerful presenting and peak performance.

Jo’s coaching style is intuitive and unique. She utilises a range of simple, powerful and scientifically proven tools to help people break through the emotional barriers to their success and to find easier and sustainable ways to consistently live to their full potential, whatever their field of endeavour
